William A. Morrow

Founding Partner

In Memoriam: 1950 – 2023

Bill Morrow founded the firm with Julie Fischer in 2009. He graduated from Kent State University in 1973 and began practicing law soon after, where he divided his time between client counseling and litigation in estate planning, business, real estate, and land use law. In addition to extensive trial experience, Bill was a skilled negotiator whose clients benefitted from his practical, common-sense approach to legal issues. He served as Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Canyon County, Idaho, from 1985-1987 and was a member of the Idaho State Bar Professional Conduct Board. As a founding partner of Morrow and Fischer, he will be greatly missed by his colleagues and clients.
